Christmas is by far my favourite occasions of the year. I just love the festivities across the world and it is one of the few occasions that everyone celebrates and partake in no matter which religion or race you're in.
Here are some of the things I did during this holiday season and how you could also enjoy a bright and festive holiday next time.
I went all out with gingerbread this holiday and loved it! It was actually my first time tasting and baking anything gingerbread.
I followed Martha Stewart's Gingerbread cookies recipe, and they were pretty simple to make and tasted delicious. The only thing I made different from the recipe was instead of using ground ginger, I used actual ginger and shaved into fine pieces. This added extra spiciness to the cookies.
As my title suggests, I'm late on this post. In fact, I was super late for coming up with this Halloween outfit. I actually pulled this together the night before a party. Just like my previous Halloween costumes, I scrambled from my closet to find something I could pull together. And interestingly, I always ended up getting a lightbulb moment. I went with the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland.
